Learn your Prakṛti (Constitution) and Vikṛti (State of Imbalance). Teacher Scott will ask you questions about your lifestyle and your health and recommend herbs, lifestyle changes, and cleansing techniques to improve your health

Teacher Scott can channel an incredible amount of energy through his hands. This treatment, PañcaPrana Healing, is great for acute or chronic conditions and can bring almost immediate relief to many conditions.

Private Yoga
Have Teacher Scott work with you to develop a private āsana, prānāyāma, or meditation practice. Teacher Scott will observe your body and listen to what is going on in your life to develop a sequence of poses or practices to achieve your goals.

Teacher Scott can channel energy through the different marma points of the body to effect a complete energetic reset. (55 minutes, $175)

Panchakarma--A 10-day Cleanse
Experience a 10-day cleanse led by Teacher Scott eating a special diet of kitchari. For five days of the cleanse you will be massaged and steamed and oil will be poured on the forehead.
Shamanism
Teacher Scott is familiar with a number of Shamanic Techniques and can offer individual or group journeys to meet and work with Spirit Guides. House Blessings, Soul Retrievals, Shamanic Healings, and Exorcisms are all possibilities. Both the time and prices vary depending on the situation, the number of participants, the resources of the client, and the service.

Jyotisha--Vedic Astrology
If you have your birthtime, birthplace, and birthdate, Teacher Scott can interpret your Vedic Horoscope, a map of your Karma in this lifetime. Patterns of Karma can be identified and remedies to alleviate suffering will be suggested.

Meet with Teacher Scott for 10 weeks, an hour each week. Share with him everything that's going on in your life, and he will help motivate you and direct you into a better lifestyle and routine using methods from the Yoga, Ayurveda, and Jyotisha traditions.
