Panchakarma is an Ayurvedic Cleanse that includes five days of oil massage followed by a sweat in the infra-red sauna. The participant eats a special diet of kitchari with herbs and spices and performs several cleansing actions. The whole experience is guided by Teacher Scott, and you will receive 2 consults with him during the week of your cleanse.
