Yoga
Yoga is one of the six traditional methods of reaching enlightenment, and one of the by-products of enlightenment is the end of suffering. I have included some lessons here on traditional yoga practices.
Asana
Cakravākāsana--Ruddy Goose Pose--like cat/cow, it's a great way to start your practice to warm up the spine and it's a great counterpose to most āsanas.
Ardha Śalabhāsana Variation--Half Locust Pose Variation--this pose is especially good for strengthening the spine and fixing problems with the neck and shoulders.
Vajrāsana Variation--Diamond Pose Variation--this pose is especially good for strengthening the back and coordinating the neck and shoulders.
