Mentoring & Coaching
Meet with Teacher Scott for 10 weeks, an hour each week. Share with him everything that's going on in your life, and he will help motivate you and direct you into a better lifestyle and routine using methods from the Yoga, Ayurveda, and Jyotisha traditions. Typical sessions can include advice, privately designed yoga practices, menu selection & cooking help, herbal recommendations, lifestyle changes, cleansing techniques, exercise, mantras, and rituals.
